Custom Tumblers – No Refunds
All tumbler purchases are final sale. Because each tumbler is custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please be sure to double-check your order details before submitting.

TikTok Live Orders
If you would like your tumbler to be created live on TikTok, please email or message me after placing your order with your preferred day and time (EST). I will do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Privacy
Your personal information (such as email, shipping address, and payment details) is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. I will never share or sell your information to third parties.
