1. Custom Products

All tumblers and art pieces are handmade and often customized. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur — this is part of what makes every piece unique.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales of tumblers are final. Because each item is custom-made, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

3. TikTok Live Custom Orders

If you would like your tumbler made live on TikTok, you must:

• Place your order through this website.

• Email or message me after placing your order with your preferred day and time (EST) for the live session.

• Availability is not guaranteed but I will do my best to accommodate requests.

4. Shipping & Processing

Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
